Don’t you miss the Nancy Hanks, that daily passenger rail service from Savannah to Atlanta, stopping in Macon? It would return in the evenings. I miss the virtual disappearance of passenger rail as a low-cost, stress-free, and energy efficient alternative to the car.
Katherine, we flew through midtown Atlanta at dawn this morning doing 70-80 mph. But I do miss the rail.
